Joga on Steven & Chris!

Hey everyone! Last week I had the chance to take part in another fitness segment on Steven & Chris, and I had such a great time! I was a participant in a 'joga' segment taught by Jana from EnergyXchange! She created the term 'joga' which is yoga for jocks. The episode aired on Monday, April 4 :)

And as a gift at the end of the show, everyone got a guest pass to try out classes at the EnergyXchange studio at 698 Queen Street East and my experience on the show has inspired me to check it out! Once my exams are over, I'll be making my way over there!

LGFW Experience

Hey everyone, I hope you all had a chance to take a look at my photos from the runway at my time at LGFW. I just wanted to add a couple more photos that were more so from my overall experience for a first timer. Here are a few highlights:

This little girl was the cutest. She was rocking the light denim jacket and pink tutu like a rockstar.

The overarching theme and basics of the fashion industry. There was a Barbie & Ken display. Just on the other side of this wall, there were models posing as real life Ken dolls, complete with paintings on the walls of life-size doll boxes. A mini showroom of a few samples of the clothing you could buy online.

Overall, it was a nice way to spend the day and it was great to be surrounded by such fashionable people.

My favourite show of the day: RUDSAK

I loved the concept of being 'on the road' and the collection was fantastic and full of black and fur. Even the models were the best I saw all day; they were on point and had great walks. Plus, we had great seats!

Next up: Heather Lawton's collection. The show was very dark and eerie, complete with Lady Gaga-esque models with long white hair. With an entirely black collection, it was edgy and very well done.
