On July 16 & 17, Surrey BC was buzzing with culture - from traditional Asian martial arts to First Nations ceremonies, and flavours from around the world to creative demonstrations. Thousands of people were gathered at Holland Park, right beside Surrey Central skytrain station, despite the not-so-nice weather. Last year's festival had taken place under sunny skies and hot hot heat, but this year, the rain took its place. Nonetheless, people still brought out their raincoats and umbrellas and stopped by to check out this year's festivities.
Check out some of my photos from the event!
Overall, it was a great event!
