June 17 was a crazy day in Toronto, with the city being filled with MMVA excitement. But prior to the big awards show, Ubisoft presented
The Field's Annual Afternoon Party at Tryst Nightclub. The venue was full of different booths, from
Bench clothing to
Chocola Chocola treats, as well as drinks from Corona and Bacardi. Who can say no to an afternoon of free swag? There was also entertainment, with Just Dance and Guitar Hero, plus freestyle dance performances from Happy Feet Entertainment (it was awesome to meet these guys, they were so dope!). And The
Westin Harbour Castle hotel had a booth with hand and shoulder massages....of course I had to get both. So that was a bonus: work plus a massage!
Some of the event's attendees included Karl Wolf, Shawn Hook, stars of Degrassi, These Kids Wear Crowns, Trish, and Classified, just to name a few. Check out some of my photos from the fun event:
